COVID-19 Statement

JSBEE Solutions is fully committed to highest health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both employees (internal personnel) and clients (measured entities). Considering developments relating to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in line with the Republic of South African government guidelines, JSBEE has put in place additional measures which include but are not limited to the provision of specific tools such as masks and sanitizers for our employees and screening measures at our premises. Rotational work-from-home schedules for our employees and contactless engagements with clients has also been adopted accordingly.

Our Covid-19 Safety & Business Continuity Plan will ensure minimal disruption to our operations, while maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our people and complying with government regulations to slow down the spread of the Corona virus.

Documentation and Evidence collection

  • Supporting documentation/evidence may be delivered to our offices during office hours or shared electronically using appropriate and safe online channels.
  • JSBEE will screen all individuals upon entry into our offices when delivering documents.

Onsite Verifications

  • Prior to our analysts scheduling an Onsite verification, the Measured Entity will be required to provide information relating to measures it has taken to ensure the safety of its workplace against Covid-19.
  • Our employees are well trained and are required to adhere to our safety rules relating to mask protection, hand and surface sanitization and physical distancing.
  • Where a physical onsite assessment is not viable, site visits may be conducted remotely through recorded video communications channels.
  • All Interviews will be conducted through recorded video communication.
